Andrew first started investing in real estate in 2017 with the purchase of his first home in West Palm Beach, FL. Since then he has invested heavily in the Northwood Historic District in West Palm and expanded his investments to Killington and Rutland, Vermont, where he has 11 rental properties.

Andrew has a knack for seeing potential where others might not and believes in offering quality living spaces to excellent tenants.
Katie
Katie has been by Andrew's side throughout his real estate endeavors, and finally invested with him in the Rutland area in 2022. Whether drawing out plans for kitchens on napkins or cutting tile while 8 months pregnant, she finds ways to turn visions into reality.
